Find a rust free 1970 Chevelle, a real LS6 motor, do the body, paint and interior and you will be well north of $50k. Runs and drives fantastic. Very fresh build. Red 66 and Orange 55 Gasser are also available. On Mar-07-13 at 07:09:08 PST, seller added the following information: Attention, The owner of this fine car has been called out of the country on an emergency business trip. He will return approximately 3/13/13. I will continue running the auction and have access to the car for viewing by potential buyers or their agents. The reserve is quickly being approached so don't get caught asleep at the wheel if you are interested in owning this car. I am in contact daily with the owner so I will do my best to get any questions answered promptly. I may be reached at 916-412-6786. A little about myself. I am a long time Chevelle enthusiast and owner. I recently sold my 70 SS L34 bench seat four speed 73k mile survivior which I owned for twenty years. I am a member of the now defunct ACES, (American Chevelle Enthusiasts Society), River City Chevelles of Sacramento, and Chevelles.com (Team Chevelle). I have a pretty good knowledge base on Chevelles and can answer many questions. One of the things I personally like about this car is the color. It is a nice departure from all the "retail red" cars out there and it fits the car nicely. In this car you will garner some attention. Good luck to you bidders! On Mar-08-13 at 13:44:58 PST, seller added the following information: Attention. The owner will be back in town on Saturday 3/9 by 2pm Pacific time if you would like to speak to him before the end of the auction. Also, I took a call today and the person was under the impression this car was a real SS 454 LS6. I want to be clear, this car is a tribute or recreation. As you must already know, if this car was a real LS6 SS it would be closer to $100k! Like I said, this car will sell for a fraction of the real thing and it is more fun because you can drive it!!!
