Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get his vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction with Salvage title.
