Vehicle Detail

this vehicle is in very good condition for its age,it has no issues, owner is non smoker, interior is very good with no rips in seats, dash, panels, carpet has some fading from the sun,new tires,it appears that the only body rust was at the rear wheel lips and has been repaired but needs finish sanding and paint,no other rust through found, underneath is very good,no rot in floor pans or trunk, rockers have no rust, chrome is very good, windshield has wiper blade mark but not too bad,no sag in door hinges, vinyl top is nice with no rust bubbles, there was a leak at the rear window and was fixed and the package tray was moisture damaged a bit see picture, all the rubber in the front and rear suspension is newer and needs nothing there,no rust around windshield or back window, garage kept,no alignment issues, body is good but has minor scratches, probably a 20 footer or better, car rides like a tank, very fun to drive, has 350 horsepower, original windows and has original G.P. etched in the door glass, looks nice in the rear at night when tail lights are on,everything works except the aftermarket hood tach. and the radio cuts in and out, nice driver, heads turn when they see the massive front chrome bumper going by,hideaway headlights, everything on the brake system has been replaced and dot5 brake fluid installed,no leaks other than a minor leak from the rear main seal and not enough to bother fixing. please ask questions if any as i want this to go smoothly, hate to see it go but i need room in my garage to work and dont want to leave outside,i am not original owner and dont have any history on it. i bought from out of state about six years ago,has five lug wheels, not trying to hide anything here,i am an honest person, please ask questions.car rides great.the pictures are from last year, never driven in the winter since i owned it. i would like everyone to meet my pussy cat in the last picture, her name is jiffy and she is 12 years old, isnt she cute, she is a calico, jiffy says hi.On Feb-18-13 at 09:45:47 PST, seller added the following information: this vehicle has the original engine and transmission that came with car when new, please do not ask me to disclose reserve price. On Feb-19-13 at 09:21:55 PST, seller added the following information:i love this car,it may gain some popularity but will always be a distant 2nd to the 69-72 gp. right now it is hard to determine value of 68s. like you said too few on the market. i paid 2100.00 for this one. it is not in as good of shape as yours. rear quarters very poorly repaired once and very rotted again as is trunck pan. how bad was rust on quarters and how was it done,i assume it came with a/c,if so all parts there. answer: everyone has an opinion and i like the 68 better than the 69-72. quarters were rusted through but not in a large area like most, body shop did work, non a/c car.
