For auction: 1962 Chevrolet impala 2 door hardtop. Impala is all orginal except for one repaint and and 99% rust free. Equipped with 283 2 barrel engine, power glide transmission, power steering and manual brakes. Was told that the mileage was orginal but no way of proving it, but believable the way the car ride and drive and doors and windows work. Paint has some cracking on top and chips on bottom but still shines and very presentable. Glass all nice. Chrome in good shape. Back finish panel has some dings. All lights and gauges work fine. Clock does not work and radio makes noise but that all. Seats had covers put on them at one time over the originals but the cover and the original on front are torn in same place. Carpet is still the original. Headliner in great shape. Has had new dual exhaust recently. The rally wheels are new with new radials.
