Vehicle Detail
This is a NO RESERVE auction for my 73 914/6 conversion. This is an original Olympic Blue car with black interior. This car was professionally converted (PSH Porsche in NY) by previous owner to a 911 2.7 six with CIS converted to Mega Squirt fuel injection. This is a rust free narrow body car originally from California. The car has 2.7L six mated to a stock 5 speed 901 transsaxle. I have just completed the following work over the winter: installed new front end ( new turbo tie rods, ball joints, bilsteins, wheel bearings, rebuilt calipers, porterfield pads, new rotors, elephant racing rubber control arm bushings) New rear brakes (calipers, rotors) All new rubber brake lines, new 19mm master cylinder, Rear Bilstein shocks with smart racing coil over kit with 2.5" hypercoil 250lbs coil springs. There is a new patrick motorsports straight six shift linkage kit. New Tangerine Racing Stainless Steel fuel lines 8mm and 9mm. New Perlon carpet kit. New Engman modern fuse panel. New European rear tail light lenses and bosch front turn signal lens 914-6 oil tank and filler neck Spin-on oil filter adapter Patrick motorsports 914-6 oil lines custom headers and exhaust This is my 3rd 914/6 conversion car that I have owned over the last 25 years. It is really quick and alot of fun to drive. The car is extremely reliable with the Mega Squirt fuel injection. The engine is dry no leaks. The narrow body cars handle better in my opinion. The longs, floors, and hell hole are solid. The battery tray and engine shelf were professionally replaced in the 90's by previous owner. The paint on the car is a 5 out of 10. It is an older Maaco type paint job which looks good from 20 feet away. There are multiple blemishes, dents, flaws in the paint. The car needs a drivers seat cover. The weather striping in the car needs to be replaced. The tires have less than 2000 miles on them. I have an opportunity to buy an original six which is the reason for my sale. This is a great solid reliable car that is turn key. This is a NO RESERVE auction. deposit of $1000 via paypal due at the end of the auction. Balance of payment due by authorized ebay methods within 5 days of end of auction. I reserve the right to cancel this transaction and relist the car if these terms are not met. Please email if there are any questions before bidding.
