The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5i in excellent running condition. This Subaru is equipped with the 2.5L engine, 5-speed transmission, All-Wheel-Drive, power sunroof, and CD stereo. All of the power options and equipment in this car have been tested and are working properly. *This vehicle was reported stolen a few months ago. It was found in a parking lot shortly afterwards, but a reconstructed title was issued as a standard state law procedure requiring that the title must be reconstructed before it is returned to road service again. (This is NOT a vehicle that was in an accident, totaled, or in any flood). This Subaru will come with a PA title that can be registered and titled in any state just like any other vehicle. This Legacy runs and drive very well, and there aren't any service or warning lights on. The 2.5L engine is a very strong and smooth motor with excellent fuel economy as well. The transmission shifts crisply, and the clutch engages smoothly. The tires are all showing excellent tread, and the brake pads are all in excellent condition. There aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight, and there aren’t any rattles while driving this car. All of the power equipment in this Subaru is operating properly, including the air conditioning. The exterior of this Subaru is in excellent condition with only a few stone nicks or minor blemishes. The bumpers are both in excellent condition without any scrapes or scratches. The “Atlantic Blue Metallic" finish has maintained excellent gloss and luster over the entire body. There aren’t any dents or scratches, and the undercarriage is very clean and in excellent condition as well. The interior is clean and in great shape. The seats and carpeting are in excellent condition with only minor wear. All of the interior trim is intact, tight and in excellent condition as well. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks in the interior of this Legacy. I wouldn't hesitate to jump in this car, or give it to a family member to drive anywhere in this country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
