The Passat is in great condition for this year and miles (only 125K miles): engine pulls strong and transmission feels great and shifts smooth, , suspension is tight and solid, undercarriage is rust free. All the lights on a dash board as well as on the radio controls are in the right order and fully functional. No warning lights are on, AC blows Ice cold and Heat work perfect, good brakes, rotors and tires! This car is pleasure to drive on any road. The handling is 10 out of 10; responsive steering, awesome acceleration, greatly balanced suspension won’t ever let you down! Awesome car with nice color combination! You won’t be disappointed!

Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 24 HOURS following the end of the auction, a $350 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be received in the form of cashiers-check, money order, cash in person or Paypal. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come, first serve basis. Transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS of auction close. Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds and cash in person. Vehicle should be picked up by the buyer within 10 business days from the end of the auction. If payment is made by cashier's check we will hold all titles until funds have cleared.

Pennsylvania buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We do not ship cars.

Please make sure any and ALL questions or concerns have been taken care of before the end of the auction. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. No bid retractions are allowed 24 hours before the auction ends.
