1956 1/2 ton service truck, with original service tool box. When was the last time you saw one of these with years of natural mother nature petina. This is a rare find and truely came out of a dry storage shed after many years. It has the original black plates and the original (motor vehicle) pink slip. The cab corners are solid and the floor is to, doors are solid, no rust that I can see other than surface rust. Upper frame rails are intact and solid. The doors close like new. All doors and inside drawers of the back service box are straight and roll in and out properly with latches. Outside tool box doors have locks. Solid panel for hauling ontop of the service box. Spare mounts inside drivers side service box door. Front glass is not broken, rear flat glass is broken, pass. side flat glass is broken. "cheap flat glass". Dash is uncut and original. Floors look good with original rubber floor covering. Original '56 seat recovered who knows when. V-8 4 speed condition???? sitting alot of years. Complete motor....might run.... I've had worse and got them to run. Like new set of radial whitewall tires with very cool near perfect old school caps. Very straight front valence and mint grill/ light rings. I have the chrome front bumper, daily driver condition. Doors and fenders will need a mud coat to be perfect, hood looks good and closes well.Truck sits up level and no sag. Overall . pretty darn straight little truck with lots of potential. If your a wanna- be rodder, this is probably not for you, but if you are you can invision what this could be. Rat rod canidate for sure.... cool Petina. This would be a awesome truck to have for your business as a eye catcher. Ratted or restored, either way, a nostagic rare ole '56. I have had this truck for years with the intentions of two tone paint and wide whites, just hasn't happened... so here is your chance to have something none of your buddies have, and get looks at shows or at the frostie freeze because it is so unique. Put a bed on it down the road if the service box is not your thing, however, that would ruin a cool little truck.
