Vehicle Detail

I am selling my 2006 Honda Accord with 112441 miles. It is a very rare V6 6 Speed manual transmission model, with the even harder to find navigation package. We have a 2nd baby on the way and needed to purchase a larger SUV. We just bought the large SUV, and we are now experiencing the parking space issue, which is why I am giving in to my wife's repeated requests to sell my Accord. It is in impecable condition inside and out and worthy to go up against any 10k-30k mile vehicle. Everything in this vehicle works as it should. I took care of this vehicle religiously, and you will see that when picking the car up. The oil was changed the day I brought it home from the dealership and every 5000 miles thereafter, no exception. I always used Mobil 1 5W20 Fully Synthetic. I conditioned the leather every 6 months with Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Conditioner, again no exception. The timing belt and water pump were changed 400 miles before the 100,000 mile mark, along with the spark plugs and the transmission fluid. In 2009, I have upgraded the rims from the factory 17" to the 18" rims offered for the 2008 Acura TL's. When choosing the tires, I was really careful in finding a tire size with the same diameter, so the speedometer and odometer stay accurate. So I upgraded from the factory to Michelin MXM4 215/50 R17 to the Nitto NeoGen 245/40 R18. The diameter is the same. The upgraded wheels look simply gorgeous on the car. They do not rub against anything when turning the wheels at any angle. The car feels very comfortable when going over bumps, and it is very responsive in tight turns. Two of the new wheels have very minor (almost invisible) curb rash that you would not see unless specifically pointed out. The other two wheels are in perfect condition which is pretty good considering they have been on the car for the last +30k miles. The tires that are currently on the car are less than 2000 miles from new and they were installed early in the spring. At the same time, I also changed the factory rotors with drilled and slotted rotors and replaced the break pads with the ceramic option. In April of 2008 Honda issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for a defective 3rd gear syncro that would sometimes "pop" the shifter out of gear. I went in and got that taken care of at no cost when the vehicle had 70000 miles. The mechanic suggested that although my clutch was still in great shape, it would be a wise decision to change it since they are going inside the transmission anyway, so I purchased a brand new clutch and Honda installed it. You now have about 40000 miles on the new clutch. The clutch shifts smooth as it always did, and the transmission shifts beautifully. Folks, this is an exceptional vehicle ... it is first of all a Honda. It has not been owned or driven by a raging teenager. I am 35 years old and I've had it since new. I've taken great care of it and planned to drive it 'til the wheels fell off (so to speak). Anyone buying it will be extremely impressed with it and would be extremely lucky to own it going forward. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Anyone with a feedback rating less then 97, and ebay members with a score of less than 5 transactions need to contact me prior to bidding. Please do not bid if you don't have the funds. Buyer responsible for shipping or pick-up. More pictures are available upon request. Please let me know. VEHICLE IS ALSO FOR SALE LOCALLY. EBAY LISTING MAY END AT ANY MOMENT WITHOUT NOTICE! This 2006 Honda Accord has remaining factory warranty that I purchased when the vehicle was new. It expires in May 2013 or at 126,000 miles (whichever comes first) and can be transfered to the next owner for a fee which the buyer is responsible for if you wish to transfer it.
