Up for auction is my 1993 Chevy Cheyenne 1500 2WD work truck (W/T). This item is being sold with NO RESERVE!! Please look at all pics closely. This truck has been used, rarely abused & has put in an impressive 20 years! It still runs well, but it needs some work. I will list the good and the bad as accurately as I can: THE BAD: Needs brakes & tires all around Frame / underbody is rusty (still holding together, not rotted through....but rusty) One brake line is very rusty (not leaking, but just a matter of time) Various dings & dents. Paint is a bit faded. THE GOOD: Runs very well & has always been very reliable. Clean interior & everything works.....stereo, lights, heat, etc..... (although a.c. Started blowing a little warm, so it needs to be recharged / may be leaking) Plastic bedliner in good shape Sliding rear window BODY has VERY LITTLE rust!I am friends with the person who owned it since 1994 (before selling it to me a year ago). It has always been well maintained. Please note: there are rust issues with this truck & it needs work. I don't have the time or the space to work on it & I certainly think there is enough life left in this truck that it doesn't deserve to end up in the scrap heap. If you are familiar with these trucks, you know how durable the 4.3 liter V6 is...... I would expect the motor to last another 100k miles. The automatic transmission shifts like new. This could make an excellent cheap work truck or a great beater for running errands. I am selling this truck cheap (no reserve) and it is being sold without any kind of warranty expressed or implied. This is a truck that needs work. Bidder is responsible for pickup / arranging shipping. I DO NOT recommend driving this vehicle home due to the tires and the very poor brakes.
