1999 MERCEDES BENZ S420 SEDAN. Although we are dealers we are also car enthusiasts and this is one of our favorite Mercedes ever made! The craftsmanship and fit and finish of this car in our opinion is unmatched in the models made today. This is the final year of this body style (1999). Although the car is not perfect, it is a very nice example. Sad to say, most of these S-Classes that you see are trashed and beat up. This one, still has a nice presence. The outside of the car has a few scratches on the bumpers, but aside from that the body is very clean. The paint shines very nicely and has a rich deep gloss. The interior, is extremely close to new! Once you open the door, you will find it hard to believe that this car has 118k miles. The interior gives the appearance (and smell) of a car with about 25k miles! The leather, carpet, dash and wood trim are all in impeccable condition for the year and mileage. Put in the key and this S-Class starts right up, runs, drives, and shifts in excellent working order. No vibrations or rough ride. All of the windows, power seats, radio, climate control, and locks are in working order. Typical of these cars (and something that you most likely won't use or need) is the suction door feature is only working on the right rear door. The others aren't working for some reason (probably a vacuum issue). That would be the only item that we found not to be functioning correctly. It will also receive a full synthetic oil change before you take delivery! We feel that this is a well-priced, nice condition car and are proud to make it available to you today. Another interesting piece of information is that this car is most definitely going to appear in a major motion picture due out this summer.
