Vehicle Detail
This is an all original 1967 4X4 Chevrolet pickup. This has the original 292 L6 engine...has good oil pressure....a little black smoke due to carb.... this clears up and still runs great! This has a 4 speed trans that shifts perfect... transfer case works smooth.... and 4x4 works excellent! This has a rebuilt steering box installed..... I also have a power steering box for this truck that will be included with this auction. Charging system, lights, blinkers, horn, heater all work except for the fuel guage. This truck has had a complete break job....with everything being replaced and tires are in good shape with approx. 90% tread. All glass is in nice shape (this was the only year of the "small rear window"; it was replaced with larger rear glass in 1968).....windows all work and doors open nicely. This truck has been repainted years ago so paint is in fair condition.... this was not repainted over rust and bondo...this truck is very SOLID.... although it does have some rust in the usual spots. The bed and tailgate are original and in fine shape for the year! Interior is in nice condition.....bench seat is original but has rips in the driver side. This 1/2 ton 4x4 truck is in rarely seen condition.... most of these trucks were used hard, beat up and rusty...(all four-wheel drive models (Chevrolet and GMC) come with leaf springs on both axles) with only around 2 thousand of these trucks made this year....this is even rarer. This a very nice daily driver or an EXCELLENT SOLID truck to restore. Build sheet is included.... this truck was built in Freemont California and sold in Colville Washington.
