My ex bought this car in 1991 and just loved driving it. It broke down a few years ago. Last June, I decided to get it up and running again, because living here in Southern California it is just the ultimate little nice weather toy.But I am already noticing I am not driving it, but that occasional time I do, it starts right up and runs GREAT !!!The engine was completely rebuilt and only has a few miles on it. The carburetor was rebuilt also.It shifts great. The brakes were just rebuilt. New Starter. The seats where re-upolstered. And feel and look new. It starts really good when it is warm weather. One of the only things that does not work on it is the choke, so on a cold morning it takes a few tries to get it going.But once this little guy runs, it runs perky and tight. I am not into cars myself and I had a difficult time locating a new choke. I gladly would have done so, but it gives you something to do when you get this car. But basically everything else is in top condition.The paint job is not perfect but still shines and just has a few blemishes and rust spot behind the the passenger door. The rest of the body is absolutely SoCal rust free.The vinyl top is torn and I found out they are about 400 bucks to replace. The little cover you see in the pictures is in perfect condition.Please call me and I will tell you all you would like to know.
