1987 Porsche 944 Naturally Aspirated This auction is for a 1987 Porsche 944 sportscar. This car has about 117K miles and runs well. The car starts and drives okay. The 4th gear rattles a little bit shifting into or out of 4th gear but its hardly noticeable. The tires need replacded as the rubber has some cracking. The car shows typical cosmetic condition for a vehicle this age and was used as a daily driver 2 years ago. Since then I have only driven it when the mood struck me. It passed new hampshire inspection 4 years since I had it but I haven't bothered to inspect it the last two years. I just dont have time to maintain or devote the attention to the car it should have. The power seats dont work, but I have replacement parts. The odometer and tach worked fine until I started it this year and now they seem to be intermittent (could just need run a few times?). The car has a built in car alarm, radio with CD and TV. The dash has a crack as shown in the picture. This is a fun little car and I've had fun with her but need to let her go now.This is a great chance to own a classic 80's sports car icon!! This car runs and is driveable as is however I would consider it risky to try and drive it long distances without first having it given a once over. The car has been driven only a few times over the last two years and although it starts on the first click it would be wise to check it prior to taking a chance.
