Perfect for mechanic or person interested in having a project car! The car ran perfectly for years until last year when the transmission suddenly starting acting up; after running for a while, it wouldn't always want to shift into gear. I brought it into my mechanic, who suggested he rebuild it or replace it. Other than the transmission, the mechanical workings are great. My mechanic said the engine still runs strong and has a lot of life yet. As I said, before the transmission problem, the car didn't have any issues for the years I owned it. *I've had it garaged for a little over a year now (been debating on whether to keep it as a project car), so it hasn't been started for a long while, and as one would expect, the battery has died, etc.* The body of the car is overall fairly good (see pictures), but there are definitely some issues that you'd expect from a 1996 car. There is a rust forming on a few parts of the car, a couple pieces of exterior trim are missing, the passenger mirror is missing, a couple minor dings, etc. The interior is also overall fairly good, but the driver's seat has some wear and tears, there are some scuff marks on the one door, and other little imperfections. This will be a great deal for anyone willing to do the work (or have the work done), as once the transmission is fixed, it should be a great running car with lots of life yet.
