1986 Chevrolet Corvette 4spd(4+3) transmission with automatic overdrive. Prettiest car your eyes ever want to see inside in out and underneath all like brand new(even still has the new car smell-wooded grain-dash-doors-console!). Only 123k highway miles garaged kept all its life-needs new home. Runs Perfect except(a very simple fix) transmission shop says the pressure plate is weak-but if your going to change the pressure plate then you might as well change the disk plate so they both will age the same. Clutch kit cost $119.10cent bucks(do it yourself) or pay max 600 bucks for parts and labor at about any transmission shop. Because of pressure plate it is hard to put in gear while the car is running but if you put it in gear first then crank car up it will take off and then automatically overdrive will come on but transmission shop says its best not to drive it like that-full pressure plate can go out at anytime leaving you stranded(cause once pressure plate goes all the way-you cannot take off in any gear till you get it fixed(Note: all Manual transmission goes through this of any kind of car sooner or later-just simply time for it). Car is being offer as is locally for $12.500.00 OBO and at 1st come 1st serve and so this gives me right to end this auction early if someone local buys it.
