The problem was broken gears due to age in the instrument cluster. I replaced three gears and the odometer works great now. On Nov-27-12 at 05:09:03 PST, seller added the following information: UPDATE:Vehicle comes with front bumper. It is just removed right now because i was touching up the bottom valence this summer and i left the bumper off.
