This is a really nice 1937 ford 2 door sedan. The family I am selling for said that their dad was a vmcca member & used the car years ago . He did have it repainted years ago but not sure how long. The Dad kept a log of repairs for years after he purchased it from the widow of a good friend who lived in Lawrence Kansas. He knew the history of the car when his buddy purchased it from the original owner back in 1980 in Oklahoma. The car is a running & driving car. It has the original flathead v8 with 3 out of 4 new brake cables. I have driven the car across town & yes runs smooth. The deluxe radio was installed by the owner but never was able to find the correct speaker. It does have a deluxe steering wheel. The hood ornament has a piece missing of the tail section . He did install new wiring. The gauges do work even the fuel & temp gauge. I also have an appraisal that goes with the car. The winning bidder with get a clear Missouri title. I am able the store the car so the new buyer can make reasonable shipping arrangments. If you want an inspection I am open to that . I will be selling more of this mans car collection soon.
