I have for sale a nice original 1968 Porsche 912 and needs a little TLC. I had all intentions of restoring the car but have recently lost interest. The car's motor is in good running condition. All brake calipers have been rebuilt with all new seals and pistons but without a good functioning master cylinder, the brakes will lock up occasionally. This 912 has a solid body but does have rust issues in the trunk area where the battery has been sitting for 44 years.I dont know a lot about body work, but where the battery has set may need some structural reinforcement. It has the original seating upholstery except for the drivers seat which is from a 928 Porsche. The odometer reads 73,000 but is not currently working. The tires have about half life left on the set and Ive recently changed the oil and filter.The car will have to be towed because of brakes locking up All this porshce needs is an owner with time and interest in restoring this 912 to its fullest potential!
