1970 AMC AMX 360 Automatic, Vintage Air Conditioning, "Ram-Air" with Go-Pac, including Power Steering, Original Streering Wheel, Power Brakes, Tilt Wheel, and Tan Leather interior. 2 sets of ORIGINAL keys. Clean and clear Texas Blue Title. If your looking to restore a REAL NICE AMX....I have it! This AMX was sitting for 5 years in the Texas heat, and was in need of some TLC. The "RAM-AIR" pieces and all the other intake goodies are in good shape and go with this AMX too. That includes the Actuator & Foam Trim ring. Carberator is a Holley 650 with vacuum secondaries, NGK plugs, fresh wires, and fluids throughout. This "Ol' Girl" has come around full swing, and is looking for a new owner with a few dollars to invest in some bodywork, and basic driveline work too! This car runs GREAT, and will stop well, and start with one turn of the ignition. I installed some American Racing Torque Thrust Rims that reall make this AMX look stout! It has good meat on the rear, but it will need some tires up front real soon. This AMX will need both rear quarter panels patched. This AMX has one re-paint and the "ORIGINAL COLOR WAS TIJUANA TAN"...some rust on Drivers door, but easily replaced, or repaired. Floors, Trunk, and rocker panels are ALL GOOD with no rust! Carpet is original and needs to be replaced. Front rotors & calipers are not original, but I have them also. Original Tan Leather buckets need referbishing too. Tach, Fuel Gauge, Rim Blow Horn, and Clock are "inoperable". If your looking for a PERFECT AMX...this isn't it. But if your looking for a GREAT DEAL on a very worthy and "EXTREMELY RARE AMX" that was "Highly Optioned" from the Factory, AND is as close to original than I've seen in quite awhile...THIS IS THE AMX FOR YOU!!!! The odometer reads 98,250 and will make someone an EFFORTLESS RESTORATION. I would imagine theres less than 2000 of the 1970 AMX's left on the road...if THAT EVEN? The dash number is# 22390. The valve cover tag reads 302P23 There was only 4116 of the 2 Seater 1970 AMX's ever made! This combo offered with the 360 Auto, and A/C was only about 72 of them.... and even less with Factory Leather & Tilt. This is your opportunity to have a TRUE COLLECTOR AMX.
