Here I have a 1961 International Harvester Model BC225D Diesel Semi Tractor in Excellent Original Condition. Has only been licensed and used on the farm since 1990 and has not been used now in 3 years. Was used regular up till then around the farm. Mileage shows 21,839 on the odometer. Needs 2 new batteries, there are none in it now, battery cables are fine, and the starter is only clicking when I put 2 batteries in and wired them 24 volt. Brakes work perfectly and look like they were recently serviced as does the rear end. I just hooked up my compressor to the air inlet and the brakes work great and hold air excellent. I bought this from the estate of the farmer who used it up till 3 years ago when he passed away. I was going to make it a project of mine, but I have just too many large projects at the moment and live in town, my driveway is full. It has 6 very nice Uniroyal 10 x 20" tires and is ready to roll anywhere. Has traction sanders in front of the dual wheels for moving things in slippery conditions. The interior is excellent also, even the seats are in excellent shape. Here in Colorado things do not rust like other places, sometimes I think it is a miracle. I've taken apart Model T's here without WD40. Cab could use a little body work and could use some weatherstripping in places around the doors, or could be used fine just the way it is. Just needs a little starter adjustment, 2 batteries, and revived after 3 years of sitting. Everything is there, nothing is missing, all the lights, horn, etc. Beautiful look to the front end, nice grille. I'm hoping someone out there will love this old truck for a project as I did. I could easily use these 6 nice used 10 x 20" tires on one of my other trucks and the scrap and salvage value is very high also. I do have a clear Colorado title to go with the semi tractor.
