We purchased this truck from a bank as a repossession and it is in need of light body and mechanical repair. With regards to cosmetic repair needed you can see in the pictures that both bedside dually fenders are cracked or broken. The left fender is broken and has a small area missing, the right fender is cracked. Both would be easy to repair or left alone as they do not effect the truck except in appearance. As far as the issue of mechanical repair needed.... The engine has an oil leak that appears to be coming from the back of the motor. We have not had it professionally diagnosed to see exactly where it is leaking from. One could still drive the truck must should keep an eye on the oil. Also the engine has a miss that comes and goes. Most of the time it runs fine however occasionally it will develop a miss that comes and goes. We have been told it could be a weak injector but there again have not had it professionally diagnosed. With this being said this is still a very sought after truck. In fact in it's day this was more than likely one of the most expensive light duty truck that Ford offered for sale. Today this vehicle still has a Kelly Blue Book retail of over $19,400. CONDITION: EXTERIOR: Fair looking truck. Has never had a hitch installed in the bed. As stated above both bedsides are cracked or broken ( seen in pictures ) and there are some minor dents on the tailgate. It is an 8 year old truck so there maybe some other light ding or scratches however it will not take a lot of work to get this truck looking good again. INTERIOR: Needs a good cleaning but will clean up well. There are some stains in the leather, the leather on the steering wheel cover is worn heavy, and for whatever reason the upholstery on the drivers right arm rest is missing. This vehicle has one of the nicest interior options offered in a truck. With a little cleaning it will look good. DRIVE TRAIN: This truck starts, runs, and drives. Rear tires have about 70% tread and the front tires have about 30% tread. As stated above the engine has a oil leak. It is not too severe to drive but one would want to pay attention to the oil. Also state above is the engine has a miss that comes and goes. This truck is drivable but will need some mechanical attention.
