I bought this bug for a project and now have too many projects, not sure of the history,but it shows little miles and no rust witch is what i liked about it. this is a beetle that would make a good project car for the right person, needs work in a few places,there is some damage on the hood and the trunk,along with pictured damage to the passenger rear, engine is complete less the generator/alternator that someone made off with. i played with it a little and the engine does turn over manually and does seem to have compression, previous person took off ignition switch off of the steering wheel, not sure why, all are relative easy fixes for someone who likes bugs On Nov-05-12 at 15:12:00 PST, seller added the following information: correction it is a super beetle, thank you
