Vehicle Detail
This is an amazing low mileage coupe with no problems at all drivetrain wise and a few minor cosmetic issues. working sunroof and ac it also has a clear dash and comfortable seats, another cover is needed for the driver side as a long tear happened when i was trying to take it off to dye a section that was fading. it is missing its rear seat cover. problems: needs slight body work to correct a problem around the bolt area for the passenger seat in the rear part. it could use fresh paint due to fading and the gas tank door was stolen. i bought another one but it needs to be painted. window seals need to be replaced and the front windshied has a crack. all light surface stuff pros: starts in negative temperatures, great compression, replaced a lot of front end parts, so handles like a dream. its a car that is ready for the greasekit i have here and will sell but have not installled yet. looks good and feels good the coupes are rare especially with such low mileage. needs a new home and finished seals, paint and small body. On Nov-03-12 at 10:59:06 PDT, seller added the following information: update** so storm happened and my neighborhood and the car are both totally ok. no work for the week and pretty wild here. but all is good. i reread my listing and the back seat and all parts of it are just fine and all there. the part that im missing is the rear cover for the drivers seat. i took it off to redye and remove the top of the cover for it and cant find it now. looked everywhere. but its a super cheap and accessible part. also the mirror on the passenger side was messed up and im including another one, happened when i squeezed it into my garage for the storm. body is in really good shape outside of the very isolated small areas that are only due to neglect of the former owner to the seals that were cracked and not fixed. this is a totally restorable for a reasonable priced car. my body guy was going to do all the work for 300 dollars. thats how reasonable and would even paint the whole car for another 600. dash is crack free. and its got a great look to it. so its really something that is worth fixing, i just have too many other ones. have 300sd, 300d, 300sdl as well that i want to sell. a bunch of engines. parts. and lots and lots of rims. amg, lorinser, bbs (rs and regular), ronal, oz, borbet, momo, and technomagnesios.. so of about 40 old diesel cars i picked up for a tv show on grease conversions that i was working on this is one of the 6/7 that i kept to finish, now i need to get it down to 3/4. never run on grease and have the entire system and knowledge to help anyone out that does. send me an email at berserkerfilm (at) g(mail) and i can help anyone out. no reserve so bid if you want her. drive her to california tomorrow.
