this auction is for 2 1969 ford mustang mach1 cars.the first is a rolling steering chassis it is a real genuine r code 428 cobra jet 4 speed mach1 it came from the factory candy apple red with a black interior.it is a true 4 speed car and still has the 4 speed rear staggered shock box in it it also has the wrap around shock towers but they have been tapped in with a hammer to make it easier to change spark plugs.this car came from down south and is not extremely rotted like most of the cars in the snow belt but it does have some rust.the front frame rails are really nice as you can see in pics. pass torque box nice.drivers torque box has a small rusty spot in the rear very easy to fix.the floors werent really bad but had a couple of soft spots in them so they were cut out to put in new ones which are included but not installed.(note i have two of the right side so you will have to get a left side or flip the other around and trim it to fit).the rear frame rails arent really bad either there is a small spot that needs fixed on drivers side but no need to replace the whole thing.see pics.all in all a very easy car to fix.the only bad side is there is no vin tag and only a partial vin on front fender aprons as seen in pics 9F02R.now the second car it is also a real 1969 mach1 i do have the vin tag and title and brand new door tag and rivets for it,9F02H.i also have the marti report for it showing its a real mach1 that came in wimbledon white with a black interior.there is not much left of this car basically just the front end from the firewall forward.my plan was to take the best from both cars and make 1 very good car and what better to make a r code 428 cobra jet clone from then out of a real 428 cobra jet car.also included in this auction is a whole room full of extra parts from both cars and from some other mustangs i have had. i am also including a 302 engine and auto tranny that i had running last week.i would go through it and clean it up and regasket it before i used it though.i can provide much more info so just e-mail me if you have any questions.i also have more pics than i can list and will take pics of anything you would like just e-mail me. On Oct-25-12 at 05:54:08 PDT, seller added the following information: the drivetrain and all numbers from this car were used to build a brand new dynacorn complete 1969 mach1 428 cobra jet.i do know all the complete info from this car including numbers and have a marti report for it.but you cannot use the numbers over again.thats why this car must be used for another completely junk r or q code 428 cobra jet to rebody or build a clone cobra jet from it,or just rebody or build a nice mach1.all of the tags and title are included from the other mach1.On Oct-26-12 at 15:26:31 PDT, seller added the following information: i had a question today about shipping the second car.if winner wants me too i will remove all of the parts from the second car that are needed to put on the first car.i can then pack all of the parts in the first car and it can be shipped as one package.
