Up for auction is this 1973 Barn find. I purchased this vehicle from an elderly couple whom havent driven the vehicle since 1993. The vehicle was driven to its current parking spot. The elderly male did a complete oil change, spark plugs and plug wires when it was parked for the last time. The engine is the original 455 rocket with 40,000 original miles. I did not attempt to start the motor but i was able to turn the crank pulley with a ratchet. i figured the new owner will take the proper steps before starting an engine that hasnt been turned over in almost 2 decades. the interior is in great condition. Just needs some deep cleaning. The top was also newly installed but as you can see the weather has taken over this top. The paint has seen better days. I see the clear coat is seperating from the base coat and is some areas of the vehicle its no longer present. The body is a 9 out of 10. This vehicle is great for restoration. The vehicle has only seen 2 owners. The tires have rotted but i will make sure the vehicle is able to roll on decent tires. I have the title on hand and i have provided plenty pictures.
