Up for auction.. is a 1965 Ford Mustang Resto Mod.It started out as a 64.5 spec-ed auto I6.The car is almost complete and only needs a few things to be finished all the costly and time consuming/hard work has been done. MOTOR.. The motor is a OEM Ford Remand.Long block 1983 5.0 H.O. 302 flat tappet with just under 3500 miles.It was originally purchased from and installed by Ford in 2007 into a 1983 gt by a good friend of mine before I purchased it in 08. After I purchased the motor It received a facelift and needed mods for the install into the 65.Motor is completely stock,valve train and bottom half have not been disassembled.It has.. 1)Stock.. Heads,cam ,push rods,rockers,tappets,pistons,connecting rods,crank,mains,etc. 2)New timing chain cover and new front chromed dip stick and tube. 3)New and Chromed 130 3g 94/95 style Alternator with chromed 95 Cobra Pulley 4)New melling oil pump,pickup,oil pump rod with clip and Chromed front sump oil pan with felpro permadry gasket and oem Ford oil pan bolts. 5)Eldelbrock Torker II 302 lower intake with new Eldelbrock Stainless 12 point lower intake bolts and Eldelbrock 650 carb. 6)New Trickflow tensioner relocater. 7)New Summit Racings Chromed Alternator Bracket. 8)New Summit Racings Chromed RR High flow water pump with chromed 93 Cobra water pump pulley.Water pump bolts are Stainless steel Arp. 9) The original oil dip stick hole on side of block has been freeze plugged. 10)180* stant thermo and Chromed thermo housing with threaded port for electric fan probe.ARP stainless hardware as well. 11)New 50 oz Ford Racing dampener with Stock chromed crank pulley and Oem ford hardware,also new felpro timing cover to crank gasket. 12)Fox bell style oil pressure sender. 13)New motor craft plugs,temp sender,and oil filter. 14)New belt. 15)88 Style chromed tensioner and New wazee pulley and high temp bearing. I built this motor to be a Really nice looking and reliable first crank motor with a little go.. as horse powers is in the 210-220 range.It has the room grow and would accept a nice blower for those looking to haul a@@. 16)Firing Order is 13726548 BRAKES... WHEELS.. 18X7.5 BBS RK ON ALL 4 CORNERS 42 OS Excellent Shape,like new.Needs tires PAINT AND BODY.. .The car has been sprayed bc/cc 67 Bullitt green with a matching green vinyl top.The front windshield has a new gasket.All the glass is original and in good shape.The hood,hindges and springs are new and work smooth and flawlessly.(hood is new and needs to be sprayed to match.The fenders,doors and trunk (trunk has scratch needs paint as well)are all original.The door handles and mechs have been replaced with new.The Chrome window trim on the door and 1/4 window is original and has slight peppering.The bumpers,headlights,taillights,gas cap/cover,windshield trim,back window and vinyl top trim are all new.The Body on this car is straight as an arrow..The previous owner had the floor pans replaced.The rocker trim panels are off as I was going to have them sprayed to match the BBS wheels.They are included just not on the car. INTERIOR.. The interior is Black and is in really nice shape. The carpet,headliner,and seat materials are only 5 years old.Only thing needed inside is a dash pad.(removed for windshield gasket replacement)and kick panels(scuffed).The door panels,kick panels,dash,steering wheel,gauge cluster,and rear view are all original.The dash is in mint shape and has never been cut for a radio like most do. TRANSMISSION... The car is set up for 5 speed. Comes with (not installed yet) 1)93 t-5 5speed (4cyl) 2)Brand new cross members and tranny mount.2 cross members 1 for t-5 with oem cables (Ron Morris)and 1 without oem brake cables NPD. 3)Oem ford flywheel 50 oz 3500 miles on it 4)Ford Racing clutch (pp and disc)3500 miles on it 5)Nice shape Used bellhousing,motor plate,fork,and all hardware 6)New rear main and pilot bearing are already in motor. What it needs.. Exhaust,83 distributor or better, wires and coil,fuel pump,starter,Battery cables.2 main harnesses,clutch cable, and gas pedal(I have a 93 fox pedal that goes with it.)radiator hoses and radiator with electric fan.
