I do NOT have pictures of the suspension, was building this truck for me, so did not bother with pictures. 1955 CHEVY "CAMEO" CUSTOM Truck is titled as a 1957 Chevy "CAMEO", has an original 1955 CAMEO bed and spare tire carrier. THE BED WAS DESIGNED BY CORVETTE!!!!!! Could be driver, show truck or ratrod.. Full custom, Drag truck......PRO STREET I have 12 guys and 3 forklifts to help load this truck. Tell the transporter, It is a non operational vehicle. (they will put you on stand by, so they only have to load and unload the truck once!!!!) I have had many cars transported this way!!!! All custom suspension:-FRONT- aftermarket cross-member by (Gibbons) allows you to use all suspension components from a 1974 Charger "B" body. car, Torsion bars, control arms, spindles, big disk brakes, sway bar, power steering the works. Is a direct bolt in, Looks factory!!! Not a hack job... Completely adjustable!!!-REAR- is a Total Cost Involved 4 link, chrome adjustable coil over suspension. Used the Charger rear end. Large drum brakes, truck now has Dodge/ford lug pattern. -FRAME- has been smoothed in the engine bay, custom small block motor mounts, trans. mount. 305 Ci. Chevy motor, 350 trans. is a complete pullout from a 82 Van. Was running when removed. Bolted in truck,( but not ready to run.) I will pull motor and tranny if you don't want it, but does not change selling price of truck Brand new aluminum radiator still in box (not mounted).To complete the drive-train, - NEEDS - Brake booster mounted, comes with Charger booster. ( I think is ugly)! would suggest a remote booster under floor.(NOT INCLUDED) Brake lines plumbed Brake pedal. Gas pedal. Steering column. Drive shaft. Needs complete wiring job.-BODY- Complete 1955 CAMEO bed with all CAMEO trim, rear bumper spears, (the filler for rear bumper is fiberglass and is missing ( Gibbons is reproducing this) Bed is in decent shape, gel-coat is cracked in places, but salvageable. (please see pics.) Complete (big back window) Custom cab, with all the trim. Custom recessed firewall (please see pics.) Comes with a second set of front finders. (the set on truck is rough) Hood is rough, but workable. (not mounted to truck. will secure for transport. comes with original hinges) Custom tube steel grill. Cab corners have been replaced. (inside and out) Passenger step has a little rust, can be repaired without replacing. Stock hood hinges come with, but not installed, I was going to use a front hinge setup (not included) The CAMEO tailgate latches are missing, they are available reproduction. (there are half ass latches welded on, will need to be removed) All window mechanisms and door latches are intact and work well. Inner door panels were chromed, will need to Be redone or painted. Dashboard and gauges are complete and CHERRY..-GLASS: Comes with nice "BIG" back glass (not installed) and glass for both doors NO windshieldI have described this truck to the best of my ability, I built this truck, so feel free to ask any questions, I charge customers $5000,00 parts and labor to set up suspensions like in this truck.
