1985 MB 300TDT (wagon) - White/Navy MB Tex 216,610 miles. Was 80% restored in 2006. No Rust, Front Tie Rods, Lower control arms, New upper and lower oil pans, New vacuum pump, various vacuum lines connectors, BOSCH Euro Headlamps with yellow Laminx, New paint stripped and rust repairs to battery tray area, blacked-out trim, new headliner, sunroof seals, added rear facing seat which was recovered by Mobile Trim in Memphis and new battery. Engine very clean. The car developed a water leak which is noticeable after a heavy rain; Interior was pulled (carpet and seats) and re installed when I felt I had found the cause. It did not. There is some mildew; however the headliner is not and seats were cleaned. The car is currently on American Racing 3 piece look wheels with rotten rubber. I have been given an ultimatum from my wife to have it gone by November. Car has lots of potential but I have run out of time. My loss is your gain.
