Here We Go !!!My Baby has to go. Has been in my care since about 1998.I believe I am 2d owner. The car was in great mechanically conditionwhen I got it. (Actually drove it to my house myself) It was parked under Cover for a Dozen years before I started working on it.I had intended it being motivation for my Son to learn about cars and own something special. (No Interest from him)I drove it around town as a daily driver in most of 2011 and got a lot of positive and curious looks and chats no matter where I was driving. The Car is sharp, although I call it a 20 footer. (At 20 feet it looks like it could be nearly NEW . The engine runs great, the transmission shifts just fine.The Exterior Body is near perfect (in White primer) , no rust on panels. Some rust in floorboard. Dash and panel is near perfect no cracks and and is black.Door panels are dark blue, so I suspect original interior was Blue. I have a Custom Recarro seat bolted to rail ( not adjustable.) This seat was one of the High end early Luxury Recarro seats with electric motors and controls. Seat is probably by itself worth a lot of money. I have never seen another. Condition excellent. Passenger seat is a bolt on as well and is a Recarro style, nice shape , no cracks or damage. The Exterior Body panels are original and are virtually both dent and rust free. Open the hood and you can see original stickers and no evidence of ever having had any parts removed or replaced.The trunk lid is excellent and original, the bumpers are original (sprayed the rear with Black primer since the shine of chrome was a little dulled, front bumper, like new.Wheels painted in the same white primer. Tires are 1 yr old and less than 5k miles on them.Probably more original body than 90% cars out there.I will sell this car with NO Reserve with a low starting price. In the next day or so I will add more pictures of interior.This car need to be represented as a project, although runs great.Mileage shows just above 58K and could be original based on overall condition of car, but let,s assume it is not correct, but not a high mileage car. Car needs, (1) Brake master cylinder (less than $75)(2) Seats needs proper rails (or other seats mounted). No backseat available.(3) A/C compressor was removed, was working at the time of removal.(in box in trunk)(4) Car needs Paint, ( in primer) Car was originally Eggshell like White, The paint on all panels appeared to be original and no replacement signs anywhere.Just love the way the hood and trunk mechanism operates. Front and rear glass was removed and new moldings installed (reinstalled glass). I will detail more by tomorrow night. Car is currently ..parked under cover, no current tag and insurance and should be towed.Will crank and run , some normal smoke when cold.I will try to answer all questions and update ad as needed. All panels are in great shape and original.You can see by the fender pics from above that markings are in place. Trunk is all like it should be.Minor surface rust in corners and inside lip of trunk lid, from moist areas over time.Only fixes done to parts of floor boards from rust , driver and passenger side .Both driver and passenger doors have had some work completed to make panels straight, moldings are over sprayed with primer as all the rest of body.There are lots of little things..... and I am sure bigger things that can be done to improve on.All depends of what you want to get done to restore it to like new.
