I DECIDED TO TAKE THIS BMW AS PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR MY 1969 CAMARO Z28 AFTER I DROVE THE CAR AND REALIZED HOW WELL IT HAD BEEN MAINTAINED. THE CAR HAS AN EXCELLENT RIDE; NOT TO MENTION VERY NICE PERFORMANCE & HANDLING, IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DRIVING THIS CAR I HAVE YET TO SEE THE DAY I DON’T GET COMPLEMENTS ON IT OR SEE PEOPLE LOOKING AND HEADS TURNING, YES IT’S VERY EYE CATCHING CAR. HISTORY THIS BMW IS A 2 OWNER CAR; FIRST OWNER PURCHASED THE CAR ON 11/15/86 AT JOHN ROBERTS BMW INC. IN DALLAS, TEXAS, AND SERVICED THE CAR THERE TILL 2008. THE BOOK HAS ALL SERVICE STAMPS AND INSPECTIONS WITH DEALER CODE, MILEAGE AND DATES, WELL DOCUMENTED SHOWING OWNERS NAME AND COMPLETE INFORMATION. I WILL PASS THIS ONE TO ITS NEW OWNER. THE SECOND OWNER PURCHASED THE CAR AND BROUGHT IT DOWN TO FLORIDA AS HOBBY/WEEKEND TOY. SINCE THEN, THE CAR HAS BEEN SERVICE BY QUALIFIED BMW MECHANICS, CAR RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY PAINT, WITH ONLY 2 MINOR SPOTS THAT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED UP PROFESSIONALLY AND ARE NOT NOTICEABLE BUT I WILL NOT HIDE ANYTHING OR MISLEAD ANYONE, PAINT IS 90% ORIGINAL, THE MINOR DAMAGE WAS DONE BY HIS 6 YR OLD SON LEANING HIS BICYCLE ON CAR INSIDE THE GARAGED. THE CAR ALSO HAS A FEW VERY MINOR PAINT SHIPS ON FRONTEND BY THE SPOILER AND EMBLEM THAT ARE THE SIZE OF BALL POINT PEN TIP THAT CAN'T BE SEEN UNLESS YOU’RE INCHES FROM THE CAR. THERE ARE SOME OTHER MINOR CHIPS THAT I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF AND POSTED HERE BUT THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CAN SPOT FROM 2-FEET AWAY FROM CAR. CAR HAS ONLY BEEN USED AS WEEKEND CAR AND FOR LOCAL SHOWS. THE PAINT SHINES LIKE THE DAY IT WAS NEW AND IS AS SMOOTH AS GLASS. DESCRIPTION THE CAR RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY RED PAINT THAT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (NO REPAINT HERE).ALL WINDOWS WORK, FRONT A/C FAN WORKS AND THE A/C BLOWS COLD. THE SUNROOF WORKS IN ALL POSITIONS. ITS POWER SEATS WORK, BOTH OUTSIDE MIRRORS WORK,FOG LIGHTS WORK. THE INTERIOR IS ALL ORIGINAL WITH NO TEARS BUT DOES SHOW SOME LEATHER STRESS ON PASS BOTTOM SEAT BUT IT’S NOT RIPPED OR TORN AND CAN BE RE-DYED EASILY TO LOOK NEW. THE DASH HAS NO CRACKS,HEADLINER IS LIKE NEW,TRANS SHIFTS LIKE BUTTER UP OR DOWN,ENGINE SOUNDS LIKE NEW,NO SMOKE ,NO KNOCKS,WITH LOTS OF POWER,ABSOLUTELY NO OIL OR FLUID LEAKS,SOLID MECHANICAL CONDITION NEEDS NOTHING,STARTS ON THE FIRST TRY ALL THE TIME,IDLES SMOOTH WITH NO SHACKING OR RATTLES,BOTTOM OF CAR IS REAL CLEAN STILL WITH THE FACTORY RED COLOR,WHEELWEELS ARE CLEAN WITH THE FACTORY RED,THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RUST IN THIS CAR NOWHERE,NOTHING,ZERO,NADA,SOUTHERN CAR ALL ITS LIFE,AND ALWAYS GARAGED KEPT. MECHANICAL UPGRADES 4 BILSTEIN M6 PSS10 SYSTEM COIL OVER ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS,$1,875.00PLUS INSTALLATION,WORK PERFORM 2/2012 RIGHT NOW THEY ARE AT ONE TURN FROM BOTTOM THEY CAN BE TURN ALL THE WAY UP BY HAND AND CAR WILL SIT AT FACTORY LEVEL,I LIKE IT LIKE THIS, IT HANDLES REAL NICE AND STILL HAS A NICE SUSPENSION FEEL. ALL NEW STEERING PARTS DRIVES STRAIGHT AND SOLID NO PULLING OR SHAKES AT 100MPH YOU CAN LET GO OF STEERING AND IT GOES DOWN THE ROAD STRAIGHT AS AN ARROW, ALL FLUIDS ARE UP TO DATE INCLUDING REAR END, SPARK PLUGS, WIRES, AIR FILTER. WORK PERFORM 10/20114 NEW 18'' ORIGINAL BMW BEYERN WHEELS MULTI SILVER, WITH MIRROR CUT LIP ALL NEW LUGS AND STEEL STEMS, WITH 4 NEW KUMHO TIRES $3,450.00 WORK PERFORMED 4/2012THE 2ND OWNER HAD THE GAUGE CLUSTER REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT; HE TOLD ME IT HAD BAD GEARS AND WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SIDE COMPUTER IS ALSO WORKING, AND ALL CHECK LIGHTS WORK AS THEY SHOULD. I HAVE THE 4 FACTORY ORIGINAL WHEELS THAT ARE IN LIKE NEW CONDITION WITH 4 RADIAL TIRES THAT ARE AT 70% TREAD LIFE OR BETTER. HE KEEP THIS ONLY TO USE FOR SHOWS AFTER HE INSTALL THE NEW BEYERN. IF NEW OWNER PREFFERS THE ORIGINAL LOOK I WILL PUT THEM ON. THE CAR HAS AND UPGRADED RADIO WITH AM/FM/CD/IPOD CONNECTIONS AS WELL AS BLUETOOTH & REMOTE CONTROL WITH ALL NEW SPEAKERS THIS WAS INSTALLED IN 7/2011. I DECIDED TO TAKE THIS BMW

AS PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR MY 1969 CAMARO Z28 AFTER I DROVE THE CAR AND REALIZED HOW WELL IT HAD BEEN MAINTAINED. THE CAR HAS AN EXCELLENT RIDE; NOT TO MENTION VERY NICE PERFORMANCE & HANDLING, IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DRIVING THIS CAR I HAVE YET TO SEE THE DAY I DON’T GET COMPLEMENTS ON IT OR SEE PEOPLE LOOKING AND HEADS TURNING, YES IT’S VERY EYE CATCHING CAR.

HISTORY
THIS BMW IS A 2 OWNER CAR; FIRST OWNER PURCHASED THE CAR ON 11/15/86 AT JOHN ROBERTS BMW INC. IN DALLAS, TEXAS, AND SERVICED THE CAR THERE TILL 2008. THE BOOK HAS ALL SERVICE STAMPS AND INSPECTIONS WITH DEALER CODE, MILEAGE AND DATES, WELL DOCUMENTED SHOWING OWNERS NAME AND COMPLETE INFORMATION. I WILL PASS THIS ONE TO ITS NEW OWNER. THE SECOND OWNER PURCHASED THE CAR AND BROUGHT IT DOWN TO FLORIDA AS HOBBY/WEEKEND TOY. SINCE THEN, THE CAR HAS BEEN SERVICE BY QUALIFIED BMW MECHANICS, CAR RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY PAINT, WITH ONLY 2 MINOR SPOTS THAT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED UP PROFESSIONALLY AND ARE NOT NOTICEABLE BUT I WILL NOT HIDE ANYTHING OR MISLEAD ANYONE, PAINT IS 90% ORIGINAL, THE MINOR DAMAGE WAS DONE BY HIS 6 YR OLD SON LEANING HIS BICYCLE ON CAR INSIDE THE GARAGED. THE CAR ALSO HAS A FEW VERY MINOR PAINT SHIPS ON FRONTEND BY THE SPOILER AND EMBLEM THAT ARE THE SIZE OF BALL POINT PEN TIP THAT CAN'T BE SEEN UNLESS YOU’RE INCHES FROM THE CAR. THERE ARE SOME OTHER MINOR CHIPS THAT I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF AND POSTED HERE BUT THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CAN SPOT FROM 2-FEET AWAY FROM CAR. CAR HAS ONLY BEEN USED AS WEEKEND CAR AND FOR LOCAL SHOWS. THE PAINT SHINES LIKE THE DAY IT WAS NEW AND IS AS SMOOTH AS GLASS.

• 4 NEW 18'' ORIGINAL BMW BEYERN WHEELS MULTI SILVER, WITH MIRROR CUT LIP ALL NEW LUGS AND STEEL STEMS, WITH 4 NEW KUMHO TIRES $3,450.00 WORK PERFORMED 4/2012

• THE 2ND OWNER HAD THE GAUGE CLUSTER REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT; HE TOLD ME IT HAD BAD GEARS AND WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SIDE COMPUTER IS ALSO WORKING, AND ALL CHECK LIGHTS WORK AS THEY SHOULD.

Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
