Long story short, I had to move and lost my garage. I was pressed for time and money so things had to start moving forward, that's why only half of it is painted. I'm taking a huge loss on this but putting money into a car is not an investment. It still needs some work but its on its way to being a really nice civic. I do not have the time, space or the money to work on it anymore. The miles on the motor are unknown but I myself put 10k on it while I've had it in the car and it runs good. I still have the rear bumper, it's just not installed in the pictures. The Good- JDM ITR B18C - Fresh magnetic grey metallic paint (except for both bumpers, hood and fenders). Has 3 tiny dings in new paint- Tucked and painted engine bay- ACT stage 2 clutch w/ lightweight flywheel- Si gauge cluster- New Function & Form Coilovers (<1 month old)- ASR sub-frame brace kit with sway bar (<1 month old) - Off brand LCAs- Off brand exhaust system with high flow CAT. Pipe is 2.5 inches from downpipe, all the way back. (Has quite a bit of surface rust from driving it ONE time in the winter) - Off brand front upper strut bar- Off brand short shifter- Godspeed radiator (<1 month old)- New timing belt, water pump, cometic head gasket and valve adjustment- Battery relocated to trunk- New duckbill style wing- Recently NC inspected The Bad- No heat or ac (although, depending on how you look at it, is not really a bad point)- Leaks water like a SOB when it rains. The water is coming from underneath the dash. I was in a hurry so I never had time to investigate it. It started when the heat and a/c were taken out, I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to fix, all it would take is time.- Small corner of the dash is broken off- No interior is not installed, but is still available. (although, depending on how you look at it, is not really a bad point)- Drivers side seat is ripped in the usual spot- Needs an alignment - Missing a few small plastic clips that hold the windshield trim and the cowl cover on. Wouldn't cost more than $10 All wires have been rerouted behind the dash, as well as the under-hood fuse box. It looks like a mess but not much can be done about it. I have made every attempt to be as truthful as possible. Please don't waste my by bidding for it if you don't have the money. $500 is due within auction close, the rest will be due upon pick-up. I also have the vehicle for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. If you don't want to risk that happening, use the BIN option. Buyer is responsible for pick-up.
