100% complete with clear Mass title.The bike is very nice requiring lttle to be totally restored. It starts right up and runs strong,chrome is in very good condition,new battery,fairly new tires. To make it totally sweet it needs paint,new vinyl on seat,carb cleaned,a gasket just above the shifter to stop an oil drip(this requires removing three phillips head screws),the front brake sticks and the rear left directional mounting arm is wiggly.Thats it!
