I purchased this bike 13 years ago, rode it for a mile or two and put it in storage in my heated garage. The bike ran fine and I intended it to be my ride in my retirement years but now I am thinking that a more modern bike would suit me better. So, this beautiful vintage beemer is up for sale. Before being put into storage the bike had a crank-out restoration with no miles since. New enduro bags were fitted, high rim aluminum wheels, new tires, BMW protection bars, albert mirrors, bar-end directionals, leather tank cover, original tool kit and many vintage extras as seen in the photos. The bike has matching engine and frame numbers. The bike is in perfect cosmetic condition with no rust or corrosion or deteriation anywhere. It has been in storage for 13 years and will need to be serviced to run perfectly again. The tires are unused but are now old and should be replaced as should the battery.
