A true survivor that is one of the last big body Eldorados. In 1973 the Eldorado was chosen as the pace car for the Indy 500. This was a time when you aspired to own a convertible Caddy! The odometer reads 55,406 miles, but is being sold miles exempt due to age. The body is very straight with excellent panel fitment. The white paint has a deep shine, but has some patina and minor surface imperfections due to its age. Take a close look at the pictures to truly appreciate this Cadillac. The beautiful chrome bumpers are in excellent shape and have been polished to a mirror finish. The chrome impact strips are also original and complete. The aftermarket front grill features a huge flying lady hood ornament that completes the front of this Cadillac. The power convertible top goes up and down with ease. The rear window is crystal clear and crack free. The top upholstery shows some wear in the rear corners due to age. This does not affect the operation of the top, just the appearance. This convertible features a very rare and unique option called a parade boot. When the top is lowered, this fiberglass cover hides the folded top and provides a ledge for a parade princess to sit on while she waves to the crowd. Parade boots are very hard to find and sell for up to $2500 on their own! The interior is finished in a striking combination of red and white. The carpets and dash are finished in a rich red color while the seats are finished in premium white leather. The seats are in excellent shape. The foam is not broken down and the power functions work properly. Even the surface of the leather is crack free. The rest of the interior is just as nice. The wonder bar AM/FM radio and power antenna operate perfectly. The dash is crack free and the wood grain panels are all there. Open the doors and admire the beautiful polished door sills. The weather stripping and moldings are crack free. The armrests and door panels are in excellent shape and are not warped or fading from the elements. They even feature a switch to power tilt the front seat forward so rear passengers can easily enter the back seats. Riding in this Cadillac is like driving on a cloud. The seats are plush and the ride is tuned for the comfort. The 500 V8 has an immense amount of power for acceleration and passing. The engine starts up immediately and idles smoothly. The automatic transmission shifts through the gears smoothly and even provides decent fuel economy when cruising on the highway. This car is not for the timid. It will make you feel like the king of the road. Everywhere it goes, people stop and reminisce a different time and place. This unrestored Cadillac is not a concourse car, but it is ready to drive and enjoy with no disappointments. I have attempted to describe this Eldorado as accurately as possible. Here is your chance to own a original and unrestored Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. A true survivor that is one of the last big body Eldorados. In 1973 the Eldorado was chosen as the pace car for the Indy 500. This was a time when you aspired to own a convertible Caddy!

This 1974 is not a show car, but a true survivor that has been meticulously detailed and cleaned. The odometer reads 55,406 miles, but is being sold miles exempt due to age. The body is very straight with excellent panel fitment. The white paint has a deep shine, but has some patina and minor surface imperfections due to its age. Take a close look at the pictures to truly appreciate this Cadillac.

The beautiful chrome bumpers are in excellent shape and have been polished to a mirror finish. The chrome impact strips are also original and complete. The aftermarket front grill features a huge flying lady hood ornament that completes the front of this Cadillac.

The power convertible top goes up and down with ease. The rear window is crystal clear and crack free. The top upholstery shows some wear in the rear corners due to age. This does not affect the operation of the top, just the appearance.

This convertible features a very rare and unique option called a parade boot. When the top is lowered, this fiberglass cover hides the folded top and provides a ledge for a parade princess to sit on while she waves to the crowd. Parade boots are very hard to find and sell for up to $2500 on their own!

The interior is finished in a striking combination of red and white. The carpets and dash are finished in a rich red color while the seats are finished in premium white leather. The seats are in excellent shape. The foam is not broken down and the power functions work properly. Even the surface of the leather is crack free.

The rest of the interior is just as nice. The wonder bar AM/FM radio and power antenna operate perfectly. The dash is crack free and the wood grain panels are all there.

Open the doors and admire the beautiful polished door sills. The weather stripping and moldings are crack free. The armrests and door panels are in excellent shape and are not warped or fading from the elements. They even feature a switch to power tilt the front seat forward so rear passengers can easily enter the back seats.

Riding in this Cadillac is like driving on a cloud. The seats are plush and the ride is tuned for the comfort. The 500 V8 has an immense amount of power for acceleration and passing. The engine starts up immediately and idles smoothly. The automatic transmission shifts through the gears smoothly and even provides decent fuel economy when cruising on the highway.

This car is not for the timid. It will make you feel like the king of the road. Everywhere it goes, people stop and reminisce a different time and place. This unrestored Cadillac is not a concourse car, but it is ready to drive and enjoy with no disappointments.
