1973 Dodge Van The engine was redone so it would run on regular gasoline and it has less than 1000 miles on it. The engine machine work was all done by Bob Chipper’s shop in Binghamton,NY Totally rebuilt 440 engine Bore was increased to .060 over New pistons New rod bolts, rods were resized Heads received new valves and special valve seats installed New std main bearings New std rod bearings It has low rpm high torque cam Headman headers Holley double pumper carb, unsure of the size The vans interior has been custom built cabinet,s that hold a ice box that looks like a little refrigerator, it has a sink with battery powered water pump and a small coleman stove. There is a sun roof installed in the van There is a overhead console installed that house’s a cb, several gages and toggle switchs The sofa seat in the back will fold down so you could use it for a bed The van has alum mag wheels The van has new Michllon tires I had the vans front bumper and spoiler repainted and they do not match, you will need to have them repainted. I bought a new set of high temperature plug wires and they need to be installed. Ther is some very minor bubble rust on a door on the passengers side. The van has a very expensive set of air horns, they need a new motor for the air pump. The van has been stored for a long time and some of the lights may not work. I am selling this now because of my age and I'm unable to work on it anymore and it deserves a new home. The van is also set up for a 2nd battery with a isolator to run all of the lights and accessory's. 2. The van is also equipped 2 electric fan's to help with engine cooling 3. The van also comes with a custom built air deflector that goes on top of the van when your towing a camper 4. The van has a 2nd fuel tank installed 5. The van has a slight noise from the rear end, I pulled the pumkin out and had it inspected by a garage, it was okay. I'm not sure what it is, the rear axles have to be set with a indicator and it could be wheel bearing noise. I drove it from Binghamton,Ny to Rocky mount,NC to tow another van back to Binghamton with no trouble at all. 6. I am sorry for not mentioning this when I listed it 7.
