Vehicle Detail

1972 Jeep Wagoneer 4X4Up for auction today is a really neat Jeep Wagoneer. This is a bright Orange one with Orange Carpet and Black Vinyl seats. I believe the factory called the color Tor-Red Irid. Whatever you want to call it is fine by me, but I think it looks very OrangeJ There is no rust in the Jeep that I can find anywhere. I looked under the rig and in lots of nooks and crannies and saw no bubbling anyplace. The Jeep is a perfect candidate for restoration or to drive as it is. It runs very strong. The motor seems very fresh… Once it is warmed up.. (Cold Blooded) It also drives well. I have had it for about 4 months and used it throughout the summer for some camping and other activities. Wipers work heat works radio works. It’s very clean and reliable. It drips a few drops of oil but not much. The gas gage works intermittently. If it sits for a period of time the battery dies. It must have a drain someplace because the battery checks out fine. The carpet looks brand new and the interior is in excellent shape. The dash pad needs some attention as it is loose from the structure of the dash board. The 4X4 system including the hubs work well and seem to be fine working order. The tires are in good shape, but mismatched front to back. All the chrome is present and the windows roll up and down well. The rear window likes to roll down on its own on the road so I use a bungee cord to hold it in place on trips. Whoever gets the Jeep will like it. People at the camp grounds and little villages around Oregon love it and always come up and tell stories about the one they used to have back in the day. My dad used to have one too so I enjoy the trip down memory lane too. Now my kid can have some of the same stories. Buy this one and your kids can too. I am setting the reserve very low because I have faith in eBay and the auction process. Not because I think it is only worth what my reserve is. I will end the auction early for the right offer, but only do that by phone so call me! I love to talk about the Jeep. In one line the item is listed as a 1973 that is INCORRECT!** The Jeep is a 1972 and is titled as such. Thanks and sorry for the error.
