If you are from out of state, call your local DMV, as I have called several, and they know the practice of Rhode Island, with cars of this age, without a title. The car has about 155,255 miles, has power windows, power door locks, power driver's seat, and keyless entry. Some fixits/minor issues: Car has few dings/dents, minor body rot, one fender has a pin stripe, and it has a broken side view mirror. Car runs like a charm, starts up perfectly every time and has current inspection/emission sticker expiring 04/14! This is my company car that I am selling, as we purchased a new company vehicle.
