This car was built in the late 90's by Rich Mickleson and was featured in several magazines including... HOT ROD, ROD & CUSTOMS, AND AMERICAN RODDER just to name a few. Its was a multiple Top 10 Winner of the Super Chevy Show and was also a featured car on Mothers Polished TV Show hosted by "Big Daddy" Don Garlits. The fabrication, body work, paint, and custom interior on this vehicle were very well done, the paint color is Candy Red faded to Candy Tangerine. The interior features Custom CNC dash insert, Machined speedometer housing, and embroidered flame upholstery. The door handles and trunk latched have been shaved and are open by hidden solenoids. The chassis features a 1980 Camaro front clip narrowed 3 inches, 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, Ford 9 Inch, Rear Has Been Tubbed, and a Six Point Cage. Although this is a Fully Blown Pro Street/Drag Car it is very streetable and driver friendly. The motor runs very strong on pump gas and is not a radical race engine. You can light the tires at will, however you can also sit in traffic, let the engine idle, or cruise town without the engine loading up or getting hot. Other driver friendly features include POWER 4-WHEEL DISC BRAKES, POWER STEERING, TILT WHEEL, and a 4:11 REAR RATIO. The car cruises town awesome and is also very comfortable at highway speeds. As before mentioned this car was built in the later 90's. It still looks good and runs extremely well. However for a show car the paint could use some touching up. The finish and body work still look very nice however there are some areas where the paint has chipped and will need to be address if one is compete with this car. The paint is chipped mainly on the front lower valance and a few around the doors. Nothing serious but we want to be as descriptive as possible. We are selling this vehicle with a clean and clear title. Due to the age and the fact that the odometer was never hooked up we must sell this vehicle to be True Mileage Unknown. The paint and body still look nice but there are some chips in the paint ( seen in pictures ). We have had several fine cars over the years but very few could compare to the thumbs up. horn honks, and head turns that this car receives. 50 Chevy's are cool. 50 Chevy's on steroids are awesome!!! INTERIOR: Interior is clean, tidy and well done. The extra touch of the flame embroidered upholstery, the CNC and machined dash inserts, and the fitting and insulation of the cage workmanship were performed well. There is about a 1 inch crack in the passenger side windshield. Overall the interior looks very nice. DRIVE TRAIN: Starts, runs, and drives great. Smash the throttle, light up the tires, or cruise down the highway. It's all good. This car is truly a BLAST to drive. SHIPPING and PAYMENT: $500 non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
