You’re bidding on a true barn find 1957 Chevrolet Belair 2 Door Hard Top with the power pack including factory power pack heads power breaks and power steering. This unmolested ALL ORIGINAL beauty has been in the family for 30 years. This car has absolutely NO BONDO!! It has a 283 with the factory 4 bbl carburetor. My father purchased this car in 1982 it sat in his garage until 1996 then he moved it to my grandfather’s barn. The only thing that has been done to the car is the epoxy coating in the gas tank in 1995 this rare gem has not been driven other than around the block since 1995! The last time this car was registered was 1985!! OK so we have the past explained now it’s time for the present. We can’t stand to let this beauty go but it’s time to move on after going back and forth for the last 10 years. The paint is original and has some areas of surface rust please see pictures. The interior is amazing for being 54 years old again please see pictures. The car started right up after a spark-plug wire change and a new fuel pump. It most likely needs the carburetor to be cleaned as it runs a bit rich. There is a slight ding in the passenger side front quarter panel from bumping it with a trailer in the barn. That is it for dings!! The original canary yellow paint has faded a bit and the original white top has faded a bit as well. The chrome is in great condition and the interior dash paint is awesome. There is a bid of rust showing near the bottom of the front quarters but it is minimal. Once again please see the HQ pictures. The trunk is in great shape other than the rubber mat has deteriorated a bit. It still has the original jack as pictured and the original spare tire and the original radio. If you want a nearly impossible true original piece of history this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get it.
