. I am selling my 2005 Scion TC for 9700 (way below kbb value) . It only has 26,900 miles (at the time of posting)!! . Color = Flint mica (slate grey with specks of other colors). . Manual Shift. . 160 HP . Car received regular maintenance . Bought new in 2005 . 1 owner . Adult NON smoker . Well kept. . clean title in hand. . Never been in an accident. . located in Harwinton CT. . Vin = jtkde177050018493 Reason for Selling I will be traveling soon and will be needing the cash for a temporary vehicle in the meantime. I still do enjoy this car and it was very well maintained. The car has been to its regular scheduled maintenance, tire rotations oil changes multi point inspection etc. All of my services were done by toyota except one done at good year. I only have 27,000 miles on the car because I have always lived within 10 miles of my place of work. The two longest trips the car took was a trip to Florida for school in 2006 and the trip back to CT July 2012. I just had the oil change before coming back up north. It was garage kept for about 2 years and outdoors under the shade as often as I could the rest of the time. I have consistently washed and waxed my car so paint and top coat are still in excellent condition. Condition The GoodMechanically the car is 100%. I have always had a mulit-point inspection every time I received an oil change. I HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS with this car. Clutch is good, Brakes are good, A/c Etc etc.. Like New. The Not As GoodCosmetically it has a few dings, scratches, small puncture in rear bumper, etc plus normal wear and tear. Can send in depth pictures if needed. Just ask. Overall is in GREAT shape.Trim and AccessoriesDriver and Passenger window channel (rubber trim around windows) should be replaced. They still work just fine but the rubber began to crack due to sun exposure.Rubber ornament (just a rubber piece to bottom of radio antenna) Should be replaced. The last one cracked due to sun. Radio quality is unaffected it is just cosmetic.BodyThere is a key mark from the front passenger fender all the way to rear quarter panel. The front part of scratch on the fender is the deepest and may require to be sanded and repainted to totally disapear. Touch up paint MAY work just as well for that. The rest appears it can be buffed out with rubbing compound and a little touch up paint at the worst.There are little pebble and bug nicks to front part of hood and bumper. Nothing that a little touch up paint couldn't resolve.There is a small dent just above passenger door.There is a small puncture in the rear bumper cover. Bumper itself is fine other than that.A few random tiny scratches here and there from normal use. Should be able to polish those out.WheelsFront Tires are about 40% tread. Rears are at least over 60%.Passenger side rims have a few scuffs on tire and edge of rims from parking a little close to a few curbs. The Condition of the car, both mechanically and cosmetically is still fantastic. Almost all of the cosmetic blemishes can't even be noticed from a few feet away. With a little TLC this car could easily be in show room condition if desired. I am just including in depth info and pictures that display as many details as possible about my car to be totally honest with its sale. You will be hard-pressed to find an 05 scion tc in this condition with incredibly low miles going for anything close to this price. Most Tc's around my price are going for slightly more with double to triple the mileage. If you have any more questions about my car please feel free to ask.
