Only hole is in the headliner and there is a picture of it.) Rust - Yes. Look at the pictures! I have taken pictures of all the places where the body isn't perfect. Other Issues - Driver side rear axle needs replaced. We have done this once at 170k, but I don't want to do it again. The fan needs replaced. It works but makes noise. A/C needs charged/fixed. Cruise control vac line needs replaced. The truck is drivable. I drove it to town to wash it and sweep it out for you. We have a new truck and it's time to sell this one.
