Miles seem to be correct showing 45,989. I don't believe its been turned over, but I cannot tell you this for sure or not. It has headers, but it was installed the right way to still pass smog. Sounds Great! Clean title. This is a great looking Samurai inside and out. Original paint, straight body, Pin Striping down the side and on the hood. Inside: there is a coating of rhino turf spray, looks awesome and keeps its clean. I still have mats inside as well. Army door panels along with army seat covers.
