2001 Mazda Miata MX-5 Convertible BIN only $4250!!!!!!!!!!! This has been my nice day daily driver...since I've had it it has never seen snow or rain!!! My wife is pregnant and is has made it VERY clear that we no longer need or can use this car. I've owned Miata's in the past and was afraid that I wouldn't enjoy this one since it has an automatic transmission however Miata's aren't all that peppy and I don't drive it fast anyway so I've enjoyed the automatic moreso than the previous manual one's that I've owned. I've completely babied this car. I only use premium fuel, I armorall the interior 2-3 times per week (I keep a bottle in the glovebox), and I've put nearly 10 coats of wax on this summer. Here's the downside--the previous owner had the trunk lid and passenger rear quarter panel painted. I was told by a local shop that it looks like ti had surface rust that was removed and then repainted. The paint is a bit darker and not quite as shiney...it has driven me nuts, but I'm guessing it wouldn't bother everyone like it does me. Also the top has a small tear behind the driver's seat. I don't use the top since I only drive it on nice days...so this wasn't an issue for me however I didn find brand new tops on Ebay for around $150. After lisitng autocheck shows an accident in 2004. This could explain the repainted trunk lid and rear panel... there are no signs of existing rust. There are no signs (other than the paint being a bit darker and not as shiney) of an accident. If you want a great little sports car then this is the car for you. There are no mechanical issues, she looks nice, and drives nice. It's the newer MX-5 version with the non-flip up headlights which I think looks much nicer. You can drive this car anywhere.
