THIS IS A FUN CAR TO DRIVE AND A HEAD TURNER. (It's the sports car I always wanted but couldn't afford when I was young.) GOOD GAS MILEAGE. Run's like a new car. Has been very dependable for me as a daily driver. Regularily maintained by me during the year I have owned it. New front brakes and rotors within the last few weeks. New fuel pump and fuel injector within the last several months. This was Buick's most expensive car when it was made in 1990. The average price of these cars in collectable or restorable condition is $8,358.00 (with average mileage of 86,400) according to CarGuru.com. This car is 23years old and has some of the problems one might expect from a car of this age. While this car is restoreable to collector condition, it has a few problems that I know of as follows: 1) There is a spot on the passenger side door about the size of a quarter under the paint. 2) There is a small amount of surface rust inside the driver's side rear wheelwell. 3) The original seats were replaced with a far more comfortable pair of power seats out of a Cadillac. (The original seats are not available.) 4) Interior fabrics are somewhat bleached from the sun. 5) Leather has a minor crack on driver's door armrest and armrest between seats. 6) The relay for the air conditioner clutch is not getting engaged by the automatic climate control and is temporarily bypassed with a switch (haven't had it looked at). 7) Don't have a remote for the keyless power lock system. 8) The spring in the glove compartment latch is not automatically closing the latch. It can be closed OK manually. While this car is not perfect, I expect it to be very reliable for several years to come.
