Hi, up for auction we have a 1959 Chevy Apache 3106 Carryall. This is an ex US Army vehicle that has both the original door and dash info. plates still intact. The door plate reads the paint code as "Special" and the dash plate lists the vehicle as US property. This is a really neat old truck that is ready for restoration. Restoration has already been started, the rear end has been completely rebuilt, all four wheels (the original military ones) have been blasted and painted and are sitting on new rubber. The front kingpins have been replaced, and there are new brake lines that have already been bent sitting in the back. This truck also has the original 3/4 - 1/4 seat that is correct for this vehicle. This is a really great example of a military two-door Suburban. I just don't have time to tackle another project. No reserve, my loss is your gain, I am listing this at less than half of what I am asking locally. The Bad: No motor, I have the original transmission and it seems to be functional, but I did not receive a motor with this vehicle. No Title, you'll have to file on this one, not a big deal as it is a full resto project, Ebay requires you put something here, but let me reiterate, NO TITLE Rust: Not so much, just a few small spots in the usual spots on the fenders, floorboards are solid, one small hole in the wooden floor in the rear of the bed. Glass: Some broken, some missing, most there. Passenger door: Non-original. Gas Tank: Not there. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, I will help load the truck where it sits in Springdale Arkansas, but any offers for me to find a shipper will be turned down.
