selling my 1988 trans am have no time to restore it. This is the bad boy trans am with the 5.7 tpi auto rear disk brakes t-tops, the body is absolutely straight with no dents just sun fade from typical Florida sun, This car must of sat most of its life because there are military base stickers on the windshield and back glass. Motor runs great no misses or skips, Transmission seems to be slipping from 2nd to 3rd gear. When i bought the car i drove it home which is about ten miles. This would make a excellent project car or a great car to restore to original condition due to its rarity. THE CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR OVER A YEAR AND WAS SLIPPING IN 2ND, 3RD, AND OVERDRIVE. SO I SERVICED THE TRANNY AND IT SHIFTS FINE NOW, THE FILTER WAS DIRTY. I DROVE IT 25 MILES AND ABSOULUTLY NO SLIPPING NOW. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU WANT THE CAR. NO RESERVE
