I had fun driving this "Z-car" until 2011 -when the (original) automatic transmission finally failed, and I decided not to spend anymore money on it. As you can see from the photos, this 280ZX is a very nice-looking car with great potential for more for the right person that appreciates and values these classic sports cars! The car needs to be towed! The buyer (you) is responsible for the pick-up or shipping of this vehicle! The Good 2010: Tie rod ends (left & right inner) replaced U(niversal) joints (front) replaced Struts (rear) replaced Bearings & seals (rear-right, inner & outer) replaced Drive shaft replaced New Tires (Falken 195/55 R15) installed Vacuum lines with high-quality blue silicone hoses replaced K & N air filter installed 2009: New radiator installed 2005: Motor replaced (replacement motor had 15,000 miles) 2003: Fuel injectors & fuel injector connectors replaced 2002: Airflow meter replaced 2001: Cold-start valve replaced Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 The Bad 2011: Automatic transmission failed! Hence, the automatic transmission must be replaced or rebuilt. Small leak at or near the fuel pump. Non-operational, must be towed! The Ugly Rip on the left side of the driver's seat, and a small worn area of the driver' seat. Minor scratch marks (Yes, there are still some envious motherfs... in this world!!!): right rear passenger side, hatch back, and right front side.
