Costs associated with any damage sustained to the vehicle during a test drive or a mechanical inspection will be immediately compensated to the seller regardless of the circumstances, under penalty of the law. Making an Offer: The seller will gladly answer any questions or concerns pertaining to the item. Full Disclosure and Warranty Information: It is hereby stated that the vehicle is eighteen years old, and has minor defects, like any used car. To the knowledge of the seller, the vehicle has never been vandalized, broken into, or involved in a collision. The seller is now in legal possession of the vehicle’s title, and there are currently no liens against the vehicle. Throughout the seller’s ownership of the vehicle, it has been strictly and carefully maintained by Reno Toyota. According to Kelley Blue Book, the vehicle condition is best described as “good”. Any information included in this item description is not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and to satisfy himself or herself as to the condition of the item prior to making an offer on the item. This vehicle is being sold as is, with no dealer or manufacturer warranty, and with no guarantees of any type from the seller, either expressed, written, or otherwise implied. The seller willingly agrees to fully disclose any known defects associated with this item upon inquiry. Vehicle history and Kelley Blue Book information will be made available to potential buyers. Terms of Sale: Any potential buyer who makes an offer acceptable to the seller will immediately become the legal buyer. The final price of that offer will be exactly the price the buyer must pay in full to the seller; there will be no renegotiation of the price once an offer has been accepted. Taxes and Fees: The buyer of this item is solely responsible for paying any and all taxes, smog certification fees, title transfer fees, and licensing fees directly to the department of motor vehicles when the vehicle is registered in the home state of its new legal owner.
