Vehicle Detail

This is a 1966 Toyota Corona that was shipped over here from Australia a few years back. My uncle purchased this vehicle on Ebay because my grandfather used to have one when he was younger, my uncle was a collector of very unique things. Unfortunately he has recently passed away and left a few of his vehicles to me. I do not have to room to store this one right now so it must go. This car runs and drives, its equipped with a 4 cyl. engine and a manual four speed on the column, yes, a four speed. The local dealership tried insisting that these had a three speed only but here is the proof that there were also fours. As you can see from the pictures, the car is very well kept for, he did purchase some genuine parts for this car just to have as spares, anything in the car goes with it. The interior has been recently apholstered with new fabric and cushioning. My uncle actually used this car a few times to commute to and from work which was an hour long trip each way so the car held up well on the road. The car is in very solid rust free condition and will make a grea addition to any collection out there. The original paint polishes up real nice with the acception of some discoloration on the driver door and fender as you can see from the photo. Looks like it has had repair work done there a long time ago, it was a great job but the paint just faded at a different rate. I do have a clean NM title in hand in my name. Car will go to the highest bidder. I wish I new more specific details about the car but unfortunately I am not a classic Toyota person, the pictures speak for themselves, its unique, its solid and it runs. And who knows how many there are in existence in the United States today, not very many if any I'm sure. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, I will do my best to answer any questions you may have. I just hate to see such a collectable car sit around and would much rather it be cared for as my uncle would have wanted. Thank you very much for looking at my listing and good luck bidding!
